Shipping
Where we deliver
Right now we ship across the United Kingdom.

Processing & dispatch
We pack with care and dispatch within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or UK bank holidays ship the next working day.
Delivery timing & cost
Delivery timing starts once your parcel is dispatched. Most UK orders arrive in 2–4 working days depending on your location and the carrier.

Standard UK delivery: £4.95 per order

Free UK delivery: orders over £100 (after discounts, before delivery). Applied automatically at checkout.
Tracking your parcel
You’ll receive a dispatch email (and tracking if available). Need a nudge? Email us or pop a message on WhatsApp and we’ll check for you.
Address oops & missed deliveries
If you spot an address typo, email info@theurbancage.co.uk ASAP with your order number. If your parcel has already shipped, changes might not be possible—but we’ll do our best. Missed a delivery? Follow the carrier’s card/notification to rearrange.
(Pre-orders or split shipments? If we ever do them, we’ll clearly note dates at checkout.)
Returns
We’re confident you’ll love your order—if not, no hard feelings.

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items should be unused, in original condition/packaging, with tags still attached.

Non-returnable: personalised/custom pieces, perishables, and items marked final sale or non-returnable on the product page.
How to start a return

Email info@theurbancage.co.uk with your order number and what you’d like to return.

We’ll reply with the return address and simple instructions.

Send your parcel back within 7 days of approval. Please pack it snugly so it travels safely.
Return postage: Paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty/damaged or we sent the wrong item. We recommend a tracked service and keeping the receipt.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we’ll check it and email you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–10 working days (bank/PayPal timelines can vary).
Original shipping fees (and return postage) are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.
Exchanges
Want a different size/colour? The quickest route is to return for a refund and place a new order. Prefer a direct exchange? Email us first and we’ll confirm stock and next steps.
Faulty or damaged items
So sorry—that’s not the experience we want for you. Email info@theurbancage.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll prioritise a replacement, repair or refund.
